✨ What You’ll Be Doing

Ever wondered what it’s like to help roll out a new market? Working alongside our management team, you’ll support the growth of our German platform 🇩🇪. This includes onboarding new non-profits, assisting volunteers in finding the right projects, and supporting tasks such as copywriting. In short, it’s a hands-on role in expanding our social startup in Germany.

💪 Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with our management team for the local expansion.
• Onboard non-profits and help them find the right candidates for their projects.
• Conduct research to identify organizations that could benefit from our platform.
• Assist with support tasks, including copywriting, website improvement, and social media support.

There’s a lot to do and plenty of responsibility. You can try new things, discover your preferences, make mistakes, and, most importantly, learn from them.

👀 What We’re Looking for in a New Colleague

We are seeking someone who is a problem-solver, detail-oriented, creative, and driven. In addition, you should be a real go-getter and be proactive.

What we expect:

• Native German speaker (German nationality to understand the culture).
• Good proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• A committed, friendly team player with a hands-on mentality.
• Detail-oriented and the ability to work accurately and systematically.
• Quick learning with different (online) programs and tools.
• Strong communication skills.

Bonus: Business-focused study (knowledge of Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup, Research & Validation, etc.).
