💼 The Challenge

We are seeking an Intern to join our Digital & Business Transformation team. This internship opportunity offers a unique chance to contribute to our process and portfolio management efforts, providing transparency and insights in our collaboration with the various business units.

As an Intern in Portfolio Management, you will play a critical role in supporting our Digital & Business Transformation team. You will collaborate closely with our business partners, team leads and senior stakeholders to assist in the monitoring of our transformation projects with the Business Units. This role requires an analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

• Create and improve our digital initiative tracker for all digital & business transformation initiatives in head office
• Engage with stakeholders to collect initiative details, status and information and take part in monthly initiative portfolio meetings
• Perform analysis, create PowerBI reports and gather relevant insights on digital & business transformation portfolio
• Suggesting improvements for our processes, rhythm, and tools
• Define new scoring mechanism for innovation initiatives
• Creation of supporting guiding materials on refined approach for innovation (innovation playbook)
• Facilitating the roll-out of new innovation process towards Business Units

🔎 Who are we looking for?

• A full time or part-time Intern for a period between 2 to 6 months
• Bachelor or master student (e.g. innovation management, industrial design engineering, business administration, digital transformation, data analytics or any other related field)
• Structured and analytical skills
• Has an eye for (data) visualization
• Self-starting
• Can work with or likes to learn Microsoft Tooling (e.g. PowerBI, MS lists)
• Based in the Netherlands

🎁 We offer you

• Internship costs allowance of € 450,- gross per month
• Hybrid working model: be at least 1 day at HQ office in Hoofddorp, the other days flexible from home or at the office
