💼 The challenge

One of the teams based in the Head Office is the Strategy, Governance & Architecture (SGA) team within our Global IT Department. This team plays an important role in developing sustainable and strategic relationships with our vendors while ensuring the high-quality performance of our contracts. Within the SGA team, we are currently looking for an intern to support the IT contract & vendor management transformation journey.

• Support IT Vendor & Contract Manager on contract management-related tasks.
• Support IT Vendor & Contract Manager on supplier performance-related tasks.
• Clear backlog of IT contracts on Teams Sharepoint and ensure all contract-related documents are placed correctly on Jaggaer contract management platform.
• Record and conduct work manual of contract management process on Jaggaer.

🔎 Who are we looking for?

• An enthusiastic student at HBO and above level who is studying in Procurement & Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Familiar with contract management tools such as Jaggaer, Ariba or Zycus or affinity with IT applications.
• Able to read contracts, identify key information from complex contract.
• Good command of English (oral and writing).
