🚀 The Challenge

As an intern in our Legal team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to actively support while learning a lot from our Legal Director, primarily in the realm of civil law. Your learning responsibilities will encompass drafting contracts, negotiation, and providing legal guidance to colleagues across various departments. You’ll gain valuable experience in drafting legal documentation, conducting research on case law and legislation, and handling complex negotiations with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and shared interests.

In this role, you’ll be immersed in real-world legal practice, research, and knowledge-building. We encourage you to dive into challenging legal matters and offer your insights on topics requiring legal expertise. Your journey will involve getting acquainted with our clients, collaborating with our legal team, and becoming a valued member of our Legal department.

🌟 Hands-On Legal Practice: Gain practical experience by actively supporting the Legal Director in daily legal activities, with a primary focus on civil law.

📊 Database Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Legal department’s database, gaining knowledge in information management.

🏢 Tech Company Insights: Gain insights into the daily operations of being a legal counsel within a dynamic tech company, broadening your understanding of the intersection of law and technology.

1️⃣ A challenging internship, lasting a minimum of 20 weeks.

2️⃣ Time to work on your school assignment(s).

3️⃣ An internship allowance of €500 per month.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

🚀 Passion for diverse projects, teamwork, and taking initiative.

🇳🇱 Proficiency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).

📚 Currently pursuing a Dutch law degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in the third year.

📝 Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English.

💡 Fascination with technology and a deep interest in legal matters.

🏢 Located in the Netherlands and available to work in our Amsterdam office for at least two days a week.
