🌐 About the Internship at Nationale Nederlanden<\/h3>\n

Your internship will revolve around the digital transformation of our organization. You’ll be part of a dedicated team, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and strategies to enhance our digital footprint. This is a chance to gain hands-on experience in a thriving, dynamic environment.<\/p>\n

📋 What You Will Do<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Organize events and meetings for our professional communities (guilds)<\/li>\n
  • Market and communicate about these guilds within the organization<\/li>\n
  • Engage in the enhancement of professional expertise using the WorkDay Skill Cloud<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with HR and communication experts to develop the guilds<\/li>\n
  • Organize various events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • An internship fee of \u20ac 650 gross based on a 36-hour working week<\/li>\n

      🌟 Who You Are<\/h3>\n

      You are nearing the completion of your HBO\/WO education in Communication, Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or a similar field.<\/p>\n

      • Available for about 4 days a week for 5-6 months<\/li>\n
      • Keen interest in events, Learning & Development, and communication\/marketing<\/li>\n
      • Strong in communication, proactive, independent, and excellent at organizing<\/li>\n
      • Proficient in both English and Dutch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        🤝 Who You Will Work With<\/h3>\n

        You’ll be a part of our small and cozy HR team, working closely with communication specialists, Guild Leads, and managers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.<\/p>\n
