Onderzoeksstages<\/h2>\n\t

Stages zijn er in verschillende soorten en maten en verschillen in Nederland per opleiding. Zo heb je een onderzoeksstage, waar we op deze pagina meer over vertellen. Daarnaast heb je een meewerkstage<\/a>, afstudeerstage<\/a> of een afstudeeropdracht. Met name HBO stages komen veel voor omdat dit vaak een verplicht onderdeel is van de studie. Op de universiteit is dit vaak niet het geval, vandaar dat de meeste studenten die een stage zoeken, HBO studenten zijn.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Studenten zijn vaak op zoek naar verschillende type stages. Dit ligt aan de studie, maar ook aan welk jaar ze zitten. Zo is er in de beginperiode van een opleiding vaak ruimte voor een snuffelstage of meewerkstage en tegen het einde vind de tweede stage plaats en deze heeft meestal betrekking op een afstudeerstage of onderzoeksstage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Hieronder zullen we met name focussen op de onderzoekssage, die ook wel afstudeeropdracht genoemd wordt.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Wat is een onderzoeksstage?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Dit naam onderzoeksstage doet al vermoeden waar dit type stage over gaat, namelijk onderzoek doen. Deze stage komt voornamelijk als eindstage voor, net zoals de afstudeerstage. Het verschilt per opleiding of studenten op zoek moeten naar een afstudeerstage of onderzoeksstage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    De onderzoeksstage focust zich dus met name op het uitvoeren van een onderzoek of afstudeeropdracht waarbij de student een uiteindelijk advies moet opstellen voor het bedrijf waarbij het onderzoek wordt uitgevoerd. Tijdens een onderzoeksstage zal een student niet meewerken in de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Wel zal de student meekijken om processen beter te begrijpen en wellicht te optimaliseren. Voorbeelden van onderzoeksstages zijn marktonderzoeken, een adviesrapport of het uitwerken van een nieuwe opzet voor een bepaald proces.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Wat is het verschil tussen een onderzoeksstage en een afstudeerstage?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    De overeenkomst tussen een onderzoeksstage en afstudeerstage is dat deze beide voorkomen aan het einde van de meeste opleidingen. Het verschilt per studie of studenten op zoek moeten naar een onderzoeksstage of afstudeerstage. Ze hebben beide hetzelfde doel alleen tijdens een afstudeerstage is er meer tijd om ook mee te werken in de organisatie. Je zou het zo kunnen zien dat een afstudeerstage een combinatie is van een meewerkstage en een afstudeeropdracht. Bij een onderzoeksstage ligt de volledige focus op de afstudeeropdracht. Er is dan vaak geen ruimte om daarnaast ook mee te werken in het bedrijf.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Studenten die vanuit de studie op zoek zijn naar een onderzoeksstage hebben over het algemeen meer moeite met het vinden van een stage dan studenten die op zoek zijn naar een afstudeerstage. Dit komt doordat bedrijven niet altijd een onderzoek op de plank hebben liggen dat studenten kunnen uitvoeren, daarnaast hebben bedrijven vaak ook meer profijt van studenten die naast het afstuderen ook een aantal dagen kunnen meewerken.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Uit welke onderdelen bestaat een onderzoeksstage?<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Een onderzoeksstage draait vooral om de afstudeeropdracht. Vandaar dat studenten die op zoek zijn naar een onderzoeksstage ook vaak direct aangeven niet op zoek te zijn naar een stage in de vorm van meewerken, maar naar een afstudeeropdracht. Studenten mogen tijdens een onderzoeksstage niet of heel beperkt meewerken. De onderzoeksstage staat voornamelijk in het teken een adviesrapport of marktonderzoek dat aan het einde van de stage gepresenteerd kan worden aan de onderwijsinstelling en het bedrijf.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. Hoe vind je een onderzoeksstage?\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

    Een onderzoeksstage is voor veel studenten lastig te vinden. Dit komt omdat niet ieder bedrijf open staat voor interns<\/a> die alleen onderzoek mogen doen. Zoals eerder gezegd zijn bedrijven vaker op zoek naar studenten die ook kunnen meewerken in de organisatie. Daarnaast is het voor veel studenten lastig om een goed overzicht te krijgen van alle beschikbare bedrijven. Dit is de voornaamste reden waarom we Fiks opgericht hebben. <\/span>
